The Company announces that on 21 May 2013 it purchased, for immediate cancellation 50,000 of its ordinary 2p shares at a price per share of 84.5p.

Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 47,203,205.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 21 May 2013 is 47,203,205.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
