Following the above purchase and cancellation, the number of ordinary shares in issue is 44,929,409.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 30 May 2017 is 44,929,409.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
