With reference to the notification to the London Stock Exchange on 19 December 2014 regarding the purchase by the Company of 25,000 ordinary shares we now write to state that the purchase did not actually occur and as a result the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue is 46,708,205.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 22 December 2014 is 46,708,205.  This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
