The objective of the US Mid Cap Fund (USM) is to invest in Vanguard's Mid Cap
ETF (VO), which aims to track the CRSP US Mid Cap Index. The CRSP US Mid Cap
Index seeks to invest in U.S. companies that fall between the top 70-85% of
investable market capitalization.
