NET ASSET VALUE

Reference is made to the announcement of Unity Investments Holdings Limited (the “Company”) dated 24 February 2009 that the 136,363,636 new shares were issued as a result of the conversion of the convertible notes issued by the Company with an aggregate principal amount of HK$18,000,000 (the “Conversion”). As a result, the number of shares in issue has been increased from 375,791,474 shares as at 31 January 2009 to 512,155,110 shares as at 24 February 2009.

As at 28 February 2009, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per ordinary share of the Company (after the Conversion) was approximately HK$0.33.
