NET ASSET VALUE

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 13 May 2008 that the capital reorganisation had become effective between 4:00 p.m. on 14 May 2008 (Hong Kong time) and 9:00 a.m. on 15 May 2008 (Hong Kong time). The number of issued shares of the Company as at 31 May 2008 was 313,159,562.

As at 31 May 2008, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per ordinary share of the Company (after capital reorganisation became effective) was approximately HK$0.95.

As at the date of this announcement, the Executive Directors of the Company are Mr. KITCHELL Osman Bin (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer) and Ms. CHOI Ka Wing; and the Independent Non-executive Directors of the Company are Mr. CHUNG Kong Fei, Stephen, Mr. TSANG Wing Ki and Ms. SWARTZ Kristi Lynn.
