NET ASSET VALUE

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 2 June 2008 that the rights issue had become unconditional after 4:00 p.m. on 2 June 2008 and the total number of 1,565,797,810 rights shares had offered under rights issue. The number of issued ordinary shares of the Company as at 30 June 2008 was 1,878,957,370.

As at 30 June 2008, the unaudited consolidated net asset value per ordinary share of the Company (after rights issue had completed) was approximately HK$0.21.

As at the date of this announcement, the Executive Directors of the Company are Mr. KITCHELL Osman Bin (Chairman and Chief Executive Officer), Ms. DAVIS Angela Hendricks and Ms. CHOI Ka Wing; and the Independent Non-executive Directors of the Company are Mr. CHUNG Kong Fei, Stephen, Mr. TSANG Wing Ki and Ms. SWARTZ Kristi Lynn.
