Unity Investments Holdings Limited announces that the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share as at 30th April 2006 was HK$0.28.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Dr. PANG Shuen Wai, Nichols, Mr. KITCHELL Osman Bin and Mr. WONG Man Hon, Frederick. The independent non-executive directors of the Company are Mr. LAM Ping Cheung, Mr. CHUNG Kong Fei, Stephen and Mr. TSANG Wing Ki.
