Unity Investments Holdings Limited announces that the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share as at 31st May 2006 was HK$0.226.

As at the date of this announcement, the executive directors of the Company are Mr. KITCHELL Osman Bin, Mr. WONG Man Hon, Frederick and Mr. CHUNG Wilson. The independent non-executive directors of the Company are Mr. LAM Ping Cheung, Mr. CHUNG Kong Fei, Stephen and Mr. TSANG Wing Ki.
