As at the date of this announcement, the Executive Directors of the Company are Mr CHUNG Wilson (Chairman) and Mr KITCHELL Osman Bin (Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer); the Nonexecutive Director of the Company is Mr WONG Man Hon, Frederick; and the Independent Non-executive Directors of the Company are Mr CHUNG Kong Fei, Stephen, Mr TSANG Wing Ki and Mr CHEN Wei Hwa, Henri.
