ANNOUNCEMENT

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 18th September, 2006.

The Company wishes to announce that it has not received further correspondence from the Potential Purchaser.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 18th September, 2006 pursuant to which that it announced, inter alia, that it received at around 10:00 a.m. on 18th September, 2006, a letter from a company (“Potential Purchaser”) stating that it wishes to acquire a controlling stake in the Company. It was not apparent from that letter that there was a firm intention to make an offer.

The Company wishes to announce that it has not received any further correspondence from the Potential Purchaser and has not been in contact with the Potential Purchaser since that date.

As at the date of this announcement, the Executive Directors of the Company are Mr. CHUNG Wilson, Mr. KITCHELL Osman Bin and Ms. CHOI Ka Wing; the Non-executive Director of the Company is Mr. WONG Man Hon, Frederick; and the Independent Non-executive Directors of the Company are Mr. CHUNG Kong Fei, Stephen, Mr. TSANG Wing Ki and Mr. CHEN Henri Wei Hwa.
