Thorney Opportunities Ltd is the beneficial owner of 1,204,622 shares in Money3 Corporation Ltd, representing 1.12% of the voting power of MNY.

Pursuant to the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act), Tiga Trading Pty Ltd and Thorney Opportunities Ltd are deemed associates in relation to the DRP placement by Money3 Corporation Limited undertaken on 25 April 2014.

As a consequence, Thorney Opportunities must therefore combine the voting power of Tiga Trading Pty Ltd (5.33%) to its own voting power when calculating total voting power (6.45%).

Following is a Form 603 Notice of initial substantial holder dated 30 April 2014 in accordance with section 671B of the Act.
