Thorney Opportunities Ltd is the beneficial owner of 2,127,178 shares in Money3 Corporation Ltd, representing 1.99% of the voting power of MNY.

Thorney Opportunities Ltd and Tiga Trading Pty Ltd are deemed associates pursuant to the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act).

As a consequence, Thorney Opportunities must therefore combine its voting power (1.99%) with Tiga Trading Pty Ltd (5.51%) to calculate total voting power (7.50%).
