MONEY3 ANNOUNCES NEW TRANSACTIONAL BANKING AGREEMENT

Money3 Corporation Limited ("Money3") is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with a new provider to process the company's direct debits from customers.

The new direct debit platform meets the ongoing requirements for Money3 and importantly allows for the continued growth of the Money3 business.

Arrangements are in place for Money3 to commence moving all other transactional banking services to other providers over the coming months.
