Completion of Share Purchase Plan – Money3 Corporation Ltd
MONEY3 Corporation Limited (ASX:MNY) Share Purchase Plan (plan) closed at 5pm (AEST) on the 30th January 2015.
Requests for allocations under the plan have been extremely strong with applications received from eligible shareholders in total of $9,376,362.65. This represented 50% of all eligible shareholders.
The board thanks shareholders for their continued support for the company.
Money3 was planning to raise $5.0M under the plan but reserved its right to accept over subscriptions. Money3 will not be scaling back the applications and will be accepting all subscriptions.
Allotment of the shares will be on the 4th February 2015 and holding statements will be sent out on the 5th February 2015.
Funds raised from the SPP will be used to continue to expand to secured and unsecured business of Money3.
