Shortfall Notice
Money3 Corporation Limited refers its non-renounceable Rights Issue which was announced on 20th November 2015 and closed on 10th December 2015.
Results of the Issue were as follows:

| New Shares applied for by eligible shareholders | 1,941,785 |
| New Shares not applied for (Shortfall) | 14,886,900 |
Money3 has entered into an underwriting agreement with Wilson HTM Corporate Finance Ltd (Underwriter) in relation to the offer. The Underwriter has agreed to subscribe for any Shortfall.
New shares will be allotted and holding statements despatched on 17th December 2015.
