Dear Sir,
Completion of capital raising and -disclosure pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.10.5A
Money3 announces that it recently completed a capital raising to sophisticated and institution investors. A total of 10,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares were issued at an issue price of 0.70. representing a price equal to 92.1% of the 15 day VWAP prior to the 12th April 2013.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 3.10.5A, the following information is disclosed to investors:
(a) details of the dilution to the existing holders of ordinary securities caused by the issue;

The introduction of new investors will enable the company to have a more diverse register and to be better equipped to raise funds in the future should the company have further capital requirements.
Money3 has announced a Share Purchase Plan for existing shareholders to be able to buy up to $15,000 in shares at the same price as the current raising

The placement was underwritten by Wilson HTM Investment Group and the cost of the underwriting was $350,000 plus GST.
(d) any other fees and costs incurred in connection with the issue.
Other than the underwriting costs, no other fees or costs were incurred in connection with the issue.
