EXTENTION OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN CLOSING DATE TO 10TH MAY 2013
Money3 Corporation Ltd (ASX: MNY) is pleased to advise that it has extended the Closing Date of the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 10th April 2013 to 10th May 2013. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
The Directors resolved to extend the Closing Date as the offer has received a very strong response and want to ensure all eligible shareholders have the opportunity to participate.
Shareholders that have already applied for shares under the SPP are not required to re-submit their application form unless they wish to apply for additional shares up to the Maximum Allocation of $15,000 as referred to in the SPP booklet. The revised timetable is set out below.
