Completion of Share Purchase Plan – Money3 Limited

Money3 Corporation Limited’s Share Purchase Plan (plan) closed at 5pm (AEST) on the 10 May 2013.

Requests for allocation under the plan have been strong with applications received from eligible shareholders for $4,159,100.

Money3 was looking to raise $3.0M under the plan but reserved its right to accept over subscriptions. Money3 will not be scaling back the application and will be accepting all subscriptions. Allotment of the shares will be on the 16th May 2013 and holding statements will be dispatched on the 16th May 2013.

Funds raised from the issue will be used to further expand the company’s secured and unsecured lending businesses.
