Company Update
The company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Summit Loans & Finance Portfolio (Summit) in Adelaide. With this acquisition Money3 will now have two new stores in Prospect and Morphett Vale that will provide a better geographical spread of Adelaide.
Summit is a micro finance company focusing on providing not only short term loans but longer term vehicle funding solutions. Money3 feels that this business is a complementary business and with the extra stores and resources of Money3 the customers will have improved access to the products that Summit and Money3 offers.
As part of the growth strategy Money3 see the expansion of the secured loan and car rental division as essential for becoming the leading diversified micro finance company.
In order for Money3 to continue this expansion a new long term funding agreement is currently being progressed with several funders interested. Once this facility is finalised the company will update the market.
