Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

Money3 Corporation Limited (“Money3”) advises that its Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary Mr Brett Coventry has tendered his resignation and will leave Money3 following a handover to acting Chief Financial Officer, Mr Siva Subramani.

The Board of Money3 would like to thank Brett for his contribution over the last 18 months and note he leaves behind a stronger finance team and good foundations for an incoming CFO.

Money3 is delighted to appoint Mr Siva Subramani as acting CFO. Siva has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, the majority of which was gained at PwC specialising in the asset finance sector with strengths in financial reporting, risk management, internal controls and data governance. Siva joined Money3 in November 2017 to lead the implementation of the new accounting standards and manage the treasury function. He has worked closely with Brett in delivering the half year financial results and is looking forward to the new opportunity.
