APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Money3 Corporation Limited (ASX: MNY) is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Mr Siva Subramani as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective from 23 August 2018.

Mr Subramani joined Money3 in November 2017 as the Director - Treasury, managing the introduction of the existing debt facility and the repayment of the corporate debt and bonds. He also led Money3's transition to the new accounting standards AASB 9 Financial Instruments and AASB 15 Revenue Recognition.

Prior to working at Money3 Mr Subramani held the position of Director, Assurance at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) specialising in asset finance and property sectors. While at PwC Mr Subramani was also engaged to consult with Money3 in transitioning to the new accounting standards.

Mr Subramani has more than 16 years of experience across various international markets, is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Madras University.

Mr Scott Baldwin, Money3 CEO, said: "Money3 is delighted Siva has accepted the role as CFO having acted in the position since April 2018 following the departure of the previous CFO. Siva brings a wealth of technical knowledge in financial services and has already made a significant contribution to the reporting and capital management at the company."
