BOARD OF DIRECTORS – CHANGES FOR FUTURE GROWTH

Money3 Corporation Limited (Money3 or the Company) announces today a change to its Board of Directors with the appointment of Mr Raymond Malone, Mr Stuart Robertson and Mr Leath Nicholson as Non-Executive Directors, and the retirement of Ms Bettina Evert as a Non-Executive Director, effective 29 January 2016. Mr Miles Hampton resigned as a Non-Executive Director on 27 January 2016. Mr Malone has also been appointed Chairman of the Company. Money3's incumbent Chairman, Mr Vaughan Webber, and Mr Kang Tan will remain as Non-Executive Directors along with Managing Director, Mr Scott Baldwin.

The Company's incumbent Chairman, Mr Webber, said 'these changes to the Board have been effected with a view to accelerating the delivery of increased shareholder wealth. Mr Baldwin, Mr Tan and I look forward to working closely with the new Non-Executive Directors to deliver increased shareholder wealth'.

Mr Malone is currently Executive Chairman of AMA Group Limited (AMA) and having delivered enhanced shareholder value at AMA, brings this significant strategic experience and track record to Money3.

Mr Robertson's background includes broad experience in business advisory, investment banking, alternative investments and funds management, in addition to extensive experience in the consumer finance sector. Mr Robertson currently provides consulting services focused on deal origination and structuring primarily in the unlisted market, and he is a Director of Ellerston Global Investments Limited and Ellerston Asian Investments Limited.

Mr Nicholson brings broad commercial and legal experience to Money3, specifically in the area of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and the regulatory environment in which Money3 operates, and having provided legal advice to Money3 since 2010. He is also a Non-Executive Director of AMA Group Limited.

The Board would like to thank Ms Evert and Mr Hampton for their time as Non-Executive Directors of Money3, and for the significant contribution they have made during their tenure. The Board wishes them all the best for their future endeavours.
