MS. JENNY MARTIN APPOINTED MONEY3 CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Money3 Corporation Limited (ASX: MNY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jenny Martin as Chief Financial Officer of Money3, effective 7th December 2015.

Prior to joining Money3, Ms Martin was Group Financial Controller for Southern Cross Media Group Limited, and SMS Management & Technology Limited

Money3 Managing Director, Scott Baldwin said:

"The Money3 Board and Management are very happy that Jenny has joined its executive team. Jenny has over 17 years' experience working in finance, with extensive public company experience, and she brings a wealth of talent to the role".

Ms Martin is a Chartered Accountant and has significant experience in financial reporting, debt and capital management, acquisitions, performance improvement, and corporate governance.

Commenting on her appointment as Chief Financial Officer to Money3, Jenny Martin said:

MR. CRAIG HARRIS APPOINTED MONEY3 GENERAL MANAGER – BROKER DIVISION

Money3 Corporation Limited (ASX: MNY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Craig Harris as General Manager – Broker division of Money3, effective 7th December 2015.

Speaking in relation to the announcement, Money3, Managing Director, Scott Baldwin said:

"Craig has been with Money3 for over 5 years now as CFO and has made a solid contribution to the finance team. In addition he has overseen several acquisitions most recently being the Cash train. As Money3 continues to grow it was essential to expand the executive team and I am delighted to have Craig move into an operational role in the company."
