New Chairman Announced

Money3 Corporation Limited (ASX: MNY) has elected Vaughan Webber as a new independent non-executive chairman effective 29th January 2014

As previously announced Vaughan is an experienced finance professional with a background in chartered accounting at a major international accounting firm and since 2000 in corporate finance servicing Australian capital markets. Mr Webber has also developed extensive experience as a public company director and is currently a non executive director of HUB24 Limited and Anchor Resources Limited. He has recently resigned from the board of Wentworth Holdings Limited where he had been chairman since 2009.
