2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
28 September 2020
Money3 Corporation Limited (ASX: MNY) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 27th November 2020 at 11am.
As the Government has imposed varying levels of travel restrictions across Australia in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM this year will be held as a virtual meeting, allowing shareholders to participate from their homes. Further details on how shareholders can participate, will be provided in the Notice of Meeting.
Further to ASX Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 14.3 valid nominations to be considered for election as a director at the AGM must be received no later than 5th October 2020.
