HC Slingsby PLC (AIM: SLNG), one of the market leaders in the distribution of industrial and commercial equipment, announces that the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 May 2025 at the Company's offices at Otley Road, Baildon, Shipley, West Yorkshire BD17 7LW.

The Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, which includes the notice of the AGM, has been posted to shareholders today and will shortly be available on the Company's website at www.slingsby.com .
