bmp media investors AG successfully concludes capital increase from
authorised capital

Berlin, 20 February 2014 - bmp media investors AG has placed the new shares
from the capital resolved on 14 February 2014 as part of a private
placement procedure in the full amount of 1,881,925 shares (corresponding
to 10% of the current share capital) successfully with institutional
investors. The capital increase was accompanied by BankM.

By issuing 1,881,925 new bearer shares, the share capital will be thus
increased from EUR 18,819,250.00 to EUR 20,701,175.00.

Gross proceeds amount to EUR 1,881,925.00.
