bmp media investors AG decided today to issue one share fewer than
originally planned and published on 20 February 2014 from the capital
increase resolved on 14 February 2014. The adjustment is being made solely
for technical reasons.

By issuing 1,881,924 new bearer shares, the share capital will be thus
increased from EUR 18,819,250.00 to EUR 20,701,174.00.

Gross proceeds amount to EUR 1,881,924.00.
