bmp AG: Reallocation within the IPO of K2 Internet S.A.

Berlin, 15.04.2008

bmp AG (ISIN DE0003304200) announces today's closure of the share
allocation of the initial public offering of bmp's shareholding K2 Internet
S.A. and of the reallocation of shares held by existing shareholders.
The subscription period for new shareholders ended on 11.04.2008, the price
of issue had been set at 25.00 PLN per share on 09.04.2008.

Institutional as well as private investors subscribed for 588,523 shares in
total. 330,000 shares of those originate from a capital increase of K2
Internet S.A. and 258,523 shares originate from stock held by bmp AG. bmp
AG is to receive 6.5 million PLN (approximately 1.85 million EUR) due to
the reallocation.

bmp has supported K2 Internet S.A. since 2000 and has invested
approximately 0.6 million EUR in form of open participation in the company.
After the IPO bmp retains 466,037 shares of the company (22.96%).
