bmp AG: bmp and VC-Fonds Berlin finance mobile DailyME.TV

Berlin, December 11, 2007

bmp Media Investors AG & Co. KGaA, a 100% affiliate of bmp AG (ISIN
DE0003304200) and the VC-Fonds Berlin are taking a stake in Mobile TV
service provider.

Hardly any subject is as present in the current discussion as Mobile TV.
The market development for Mobile TV as well as for mobile marketing is
highly dynamic. DailyME.TV, currently going through its beta test, combines
decisive factors which promise a rapid market penetration.

All the users need is a normal multimedia mobile phone. Presently almost 30
Nokia mobile phones (mainly models from the E and N range) are supported,
the portation on further device platforms is planned resp. already being
developed. By end of April, with the finishing of the beta tests, also the
Windows mobile platform will be served and thus the technical coverage will
reach 6 million mobile phones.

Under the precondition of a UMTS data option, ideally a flat rate, or of a
more and more common access via WLAN spots, the player installation opens
the possibility to simply compose a personalised program out of content
partner offers and online available video podcasts. Whenever a mobile phone
has internet access, the program is continuously being updated without any
further action of the user. The play-back of the program, in contrary, does
not require internet access.

DailyME.TV thus fulfills the core prerequisites towards Mobile TV uniquely:
time sovereignty, selectivity and mobility.

The planned participation of the content owners and technical partners in
the turnover revenue and the low threshold of entry for the user underline
the high attractiveness of the business model. The product will be
refinanced via advertising revenue and premium service fees.

The MediaCast technology, for which the patent is pending, has been
developed since beginning of 2007 by the experienced Berlin founders team
around Michael Merz. DailyME.TV already saw its first successful show case
on the IFA fair, being supported by ARD and Nokia. Michael Merz is
convinced to be able to rapidly establish a large and satisfied DailyME.TV
user community hand in hand with the portation on further platforms and the
escalating increase of UMTS data flat rates and WLAN. Numerous content
owners have already decided to cooperate with this future-oriented product.

'Besides the possibility of an individual program composition, especially
the intelligent connection management and the automatic download in the
background has elated us', says Jens Spyrka, Board member of bmp Media
Investors. 'We see very good possibilities to achieve a high coverage,
which will also be supported by uploading possibilities on UGC portals and
the planned community functions.

Clemens Kabel, Senior Investment Manager at IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft
(that manages the VC Fonds Berlin GmbH), is in particular convinced by the
business model in partnership which promises large support in the area of
content and user acquisition. Additionally, the high value added for the
user will account for broad acceptance of commercials.

Dirk Kraus, founder and Board member of YOC AG, which supports DailyME.TV
and has participated in the financing round as a business angel sees,
besides the high innovative character of the DailyME.TV solution, in
particular in the current backflow and the possibility of a precise
targeting interesting opportunities for the advertising industry.

The investors are taking a stake in mando.TV GmbH, the provider of
DailyME.TV. bmp Media Investors and VC-Fonds Berlin assume each just under
24%, yoc AG 2% - the majority of the company remains in the hands of the
founders team. The milestone-based financing allows for a continuous
expansion of the business operations until the achievement of the
break-even.
