bmp media investors AG (ISIN DE0003304200) is today announcing its
preliminary IFRS figures for the 2014 financial year.

The company closed 2014 with revenue from investment sales of EUR 0.1
million compared to EUR 1.0 million in 2013. The company made a loss of EUR
0.3 million (EUR 0.01 per share) following a profit of EUR 1.3 million in
the previous year.

The company's equity increased by EUR 1.5 million to EUR 19.9 million (EUR
0.96 per share) primarily due to a capital increase with a volume of EUR
1.9 million implemented in February 2014. As of 31 December 2014, cash on
hand, bank balances and marketable securities totalled EUR 3.4 million
compared to EUR 4.8 million in the previous year.

The reported realignment of bmp to an operating company is making rapid
progress. Discussions are currently in progress which range from the sale
of individual investments to selling the greater part of the portfolio as a
package. The first investment has already been sold to the management at
book value - a holding in the Polish company Instream Media. There was also
a partial exit from Heliocentris, the listed investment. We anticipate some
further exits in the first and second quarters of 2015.
