bmp AG: Announcement of figures for the first three quarters of 2005

The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. —————————————————————————— Berlin, 17.11.2005 The bmp Group has closed the first nine months of 2005 with turnover of EUR 432,000 compared with EUR 699,000 in the first nine months of 2004. EBITDA was EUR 818,000 (previous year: EUR 1,642,000); EBIT totalled EUR 492,000 (previous year: EUR 1,118,000). Consolidated profits amounted to EUR 219,000 after consolidated profits of EUR 587,000 in the same period of 2004. Marketable securities and equivalent means of payment amounted to EUR 7.5 million as at 30 September 2005 (previous year: EUR 1.3 million). Net asset value (NAV) increased from EUR 1.79/share to EUR 2.01/share compared with the previous year.
