Mai 2000 zum neuen Finanzvorstand berufen Mit der Berufung von Herrn van Bon zum Finanzvorstand ist die Reorganisation der bmp AG abgeschlossen. Berlin, den 27.04.2000 – Die bmp AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT hat mit der Ernennung von Andreas van Bon zum neuen Finanzvorstand offiziell die im Januar 2000 angekündigte Reorganisation der bmp-Gruppe abgeschlossen. Herr van Bon, bereits seit dem 01. April 1999 Leiter Finanzen der bmp AG, wird neben dem Bereich Finanzen auch für die Ressorts Controlling, Personal, EDV/IT, Recht und Organisation verantwortlich zeichnen. Herr van Bon verfügt über langjährige Erfahrungen im Investitions- und Kreditentscheidungsprozeß und hat umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Investitions- und Finanzplanung sowie in der Personalführung. Vor seinem Wechsel zu bmp war Herr van Bon acht Jahre bei einer renommierten deutschen Bank tätig. Gleichzeitig konnte die Verschmelzung des ehemaligen Consulting-Bereiches mit dem Venture Capital Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden. Ein personalstarkes und hochqualifiziertes Team von Investmentmanagern, welche die Beteiligungen in jeder Unternehmensphase begleiten, sichern die Wertschöpfungskette von bmp. Zusätzlich wurde ein Corporate Finance Exit-Team mit Investmentbankern und Consultants aufgebaut. Ziel dieses Teams ist die Veräußerung von Beteiligungen an andere Unternehmen (Trade Sale), um so eine stärkere Unabhängigkeit von den Kapitalmärkten als Exitkanal zu erreichen. Die Reorganisation der bmp-Gruppe ist mit diesen Schritten abgeschlossen. bmp verfügt nun über eine Organisation, die den dynamischen Wachstumsanforderungen nachhaltig gerecht wird. bmp AG: with effect from May 02, 2000 Andreas van Bon has been appointed Chief Financial Officer The reorganization of the bmp AG has been concluded by the appointment of Mr. van Bon as Chief Financial Officer. Berlin, April 27, 2000 – By appointing Andreas van Bon as new Chief Financial Officer the bmp AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT officially finished the reorganization of the bmp group which had been announced in January 2000. In addition to his function as head of the financial department of the bmp AG since April 1, 1999 Mr. van Bon will now also be responsible for the sections controlling, human resources, EDP/IT, legal affairs and organization. Mr. van Bon has many years of experience in the investment and credit decision process and has sound knowledge of investment and budgetary planning as well as personnel management. Prior to his employment with bmp Mr. van Bon worked eight years for a renowned German bank. At the same time the merger of the former consulting section with the venture capital area has been successfully concluded. A large and highly qualified team of investment managers who accompany the equity interests during each business phase guarantee our value added chain. In addition, a corporate finance exit team with investment bankers and consultants has been established. Objective of this team is the alienation of equity interests to other enterprises (trade sale) in order to achieve more independence of capital markets as exit channel. The reorganization of the bmp group has been concluded by these steps. Now bmp can rely on an organization which effectively meets the dynamic growth requirements.
