Resolutions at Sleep Cycle's Extraordinary General Meeting 2023

Gothenburg, Sweden — 26 July 2023. At the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") of Sleep Cycle AB (publ) on 26 July 2023, it was resolved to elect Maciej Drejak as new Board member.

The EGM resolved,in accordancewith the NominationCommittee'sproposal,to increasethe Board of Directors with one member through new election of Maciej Drejak as Board member for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.The EGM furtherresolvedthat the annual fees per Board member,as resolved by the Annual General Meeting, shall continue to apply.Fees are to be paid to the incomingBoard member pro rata in relationto the Board member'sactual duty period.
