ADDENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF THE TWENTIETH ("20TH") ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM") IN RELATION TO THE CHANGE OF THE GENERAL MEETING RECORD OF DEPOSITORS DATE

To: The Shareholders of SkyGate Solutions Berhad ("SkyGate" or "the Company")

Reference is made to the Notice of the 20th AGM of the Company dated 30 April 2026 in relation to the upcoming AGM of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 9 June 2026.

The Company wishes to inform the shareholders that, pursuant to the Trading Participant Circular No. 14/2026 issued by Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad ("the Exchange") on 8 May 2026, the Exchange will observe Tuesday, 2 June 2026 as a replacement public holiday in conjunction with Wesak Day and the Official Birthday of His Majesty, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong. Accordingly, the Exchange will be closed on that day.

In view of the above, the General Meeting Record of Depositors date stated in the Notice of the 20th AGM is hereby amended as follows:

"In respect of deposited securities, only members whose names appear on the Record of Depositors as at 29 May 2026 (General Meeting Record of Depositors) shall be eligible to attend, speak and vote at the 20th AGM of the Company."

This Addendum is issued to amend the General Meeting Record of Depositors date stated in the Notice of the 20th AGM to ensure compliance with the Main Market Listing Requirements. Save for the amendment stated above, all other particulars and details contained in the Notice of the 20th AGM shall remain valid and unchanged. The Proxy Form previously issued shall also remain valid and no revised Proxy Form will be issued.

This Addendum should be read in conjunction with the Notice of the 20th AGM dated 30 April 2026.
