OFFER OF EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS") OPTIONS UNDER SKYECHIP'S LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")

(Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 29 April 2026 issued by SkyeChip)

The details of the ESOS Options offered to the eligible employees of the SkyeChip Group pursuant to the LTIP are as follows:

1. Date of offer of the ESOS Options : 19 May 2026
2. Exercise price of the ESOS Options offered : RM0.88 (being the Final Retail Price per IPO Share)
3. Number of ESOS Options offered : 61,755,000
4. Market price of SkyeChip Share on the date : Not applicable as SkyeChip is not listed as at the date of this announcement of the offer
5. Number of ESOS Options offered to each : Not applicable as no ESOS Options were offered to Director
6. Vesting Period of the ESOS Options offered : Up to 5 years from 19 May 2026

The vesting of the ESOS Options offered above is contingent upon the satisfaction and fulfillment of vesting conditions as at the vesting date.
