FY16 FULL-YEAR RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT, 10 AUGUST 2016

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (“SKYCITY”) will announce its full-year result for the twelve month period ended 30 June 2016, on Wednesday, 10 August 2016.

A copy of the result presentation and our annual report will be released to the NZX and ASX, respectively, before the market opens on the morning of the 10[th] of August.

A teleconference call for financial media, analysts, institutional investors and fund managers will take place at 12pm noon NZ time (10am Australian Eastern time) on the 10[th] of August.

On this teleconference call, John Mortensen, our Interim CEO, and Rob Hamilton, our CFO, will present the key highlights of the result and provide an overview of the status of SKYCITY’s major growth projects. Following the presentation there will be a brief opportunity for Q&A.

A replay of the teleconference call will be made available and shall be posted both on the SKYCITY corporate website (link: https://www.skycityentertainmentgroup.com/) in addition to being accessible via Nasdaq, our communications provider, later in the day. A transcript of the call will also be made available upon request.

Dial-in instructions for both the teleconference call and the replay are set out in Appendix 1 to this letter.

Our Interim CEO, John Mortensen, will host a teleconference call on the SKYCITY FY16 full-year result on Wednesday, 10 August 2016 at 12 pm noon NZ time (10am Australian Eastern time).
