FY15 FULL-YEAR RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT, 12 AUGUST 2015

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (“SKYCITY”) will announce its full-year result for the 12 month period ended 30 June 2015, on Wednesday, 12 August 2015.

A copy of the result presentation will be circulated by email to you following confirmation of receipt of the result by the NZX and ASX, respectively, that morning.

Media Briefing

A presentation of the key highlights of the result will be made by our CEO, Nigel Morrison, to the media in Auckland commencing at 10am NZ time (8am Australian Eastern time).

Analyst and Institutional Investor Teleconference Call

A teleconference call for analysts, institutional investors and fund managers will take place at 12pm noon NZ time (10am Australian Eastern time).

On this teleconference, Nigel Morrison and Rob Hamilton, our CFO, will present the key highlights of the result and provide an overview of the status of SKYCITY’s strategic growth projects. Following the presentation there will be a brief opportunity for Q&A.

A replay of the teleconference will be made available after the call and shall be posted both on the SKYCITY Investor Centre website (link: http://ir.skycityentertainmentgroup.com) in addition to being accessible via Nasdaq, our communications provider, later in the day.

Dial-in instructions for both the teleconference and the replay are set out in Appendix 1 to this letter.
