Extension to Acquisition Completion Date

SKS Technologies Group Limited (ASX: SKS) announces that it has agreed to extend the deadline for completion of the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Integrated Solutions Group Queensland Pty Ltd (Integrated Solutions), previously advised to the market on 23 August 2021. Both parties remain fully committed to the transaction. Completion is now expected to be in 3Q22 with both businesses continuing to operate closely in the interim.

The additional period of time will enable Integrated Solutions to realise the upside from material investments made in its workforce as some important information technology roles in the business mature. It will also enable time for the lifting of travel restrictions which will allow for a smoother transition.

In the meantime, SKS Technologies & Integrated Solutions will continue to work together to prepare for the completion of the acquisition and explore new opportunities.
