Major Data Centre Project Supplementary Announcement

SKS Technologies Group Limited (ASX: SKS) On 22 November 2023 announced that it had received written confirmation of the intent to be engaged for a major contract to supply and install electrical systems for an international hyperscale data centre operator. With an expected contract value to exceed $30 million, the project is due to commence immediately and is expected to be completed by December 2024.

Due to confidentiality reasons, SKS Technologies at the time of the announcement could not disclose the details of the counter party. The Company is now pleased to announce that the counter party to the contract will be Erilyan Projects Pty Ltd. The Company will advise once formal execution of the contract has been completed.

Chief Executive Officer, Matthew Jinks, said ‘This written confirmation is yet another significant achievement for the Company and again shows the strength of our capabilities and further provides a strong foundation for future growth.’
