Change of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

31 October 2019, Melbourne Australia : Enevis Limited (ASX: ENE) advises that Mr Paul Miller will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary effective 15 November 2019. The Board would like to thank Mr Miller for his contribution to the Company over the past few years. Paul has been instrumental in the process to turnaround the company’s financial and operational performance and we wish him well in his future endeavours.

The Board is well advanced in the process to appoint a new CFO and Company Secretary with the requisite skill set to support and advance the Enevis growth agenda and expects to be able to update the market on this process in mid-December. In the interim, Mr Matthew Jinks will act as Company Secretary.
