Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015: Temporary closure of plants in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak.

Dear Sir,

Further to our earlier communication dated 11[th] May, 2021, we would now like to inform that the Government of West Bengal vide order No 647-ISS/2M-22/2020 dated 15[th] May, 2021 has instructed for closure of all offices, industries and manufacturing units (except some exempted categories) w.e.f 16[th] May, 2021 to 30[th] May, 2021 in order to combat the spread of Covid 19 pandemic.

Accordingly all the offices and manufacturing units of the Company situated in West Bengal will be closed to comply with the said order. The duration/extension of this closure will depend upon Government policy and the Company will comply with the same.

The other offices, manufacturing units, project sites of the Company are currently operating in a restricted manner and will remain under constant watch considering the evolving situation and government directives, which will be complied as and when notified.
