Director/PDMR Shareholding - transfer and acquisition of shares

Skillcast Group plc, the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, has been informed that on 24 February 2023, Richard Amos, Non-Executive Chairman, transferred 67,568 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his ISA by the sale of 67,568 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21 pence per Ordinary Share and immediate repurchase of 67,568 Ordinary Shares for his ISA at a price of 21.07 pence per Ordinary Share.

In addition, the Company has been informed that Richard has today purchased a further 25,070 Ordinary Shares at a price of 21.95 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Richard Amos now has a total beneficial interest in 92,638 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
