Skandia GreenPower AS: Notice of the annual general meeting

Notice is hereby served that the annual general meeting of Skandia GreenPower AS (the "Company") will be held on Tuesday 11 May 2021 at 10:00 CET.

Due do the Covid-19 pandemic, and in accordance with the temporary act on exemption from requirements for physical meeting etc in company law to remedy the consequences of the outbreak of Covid-19, the general meeting will be held as a Teams-meeting.

Shareholders who wish to participate in the general meeting are requested to notify the Company of this no later than 10 May 2021 at 12:00. They will then receive an invitation to the Teams-meeting.
