Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), read with Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, ("SEBI SBEBSE Regulations"), we wish to inform you that on Tuesday, 17[th] March, 2026, the Board of Directors have approved the allotment of 20,500 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/-each towards the exercise of vested Employee Stock Options under ‘SJS Enterprises – Employee Stock Option Plan 2021’ to such employees of the Company.

The equity shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 319,762,790/- (consisting of 3,19,76,279 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 31,99,67,790 (consisting of 3,19,96,779 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each).
