Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 - Investment in Limited Liability Partnership ("LLP")
Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) we hereby inform that the Company, at its Board Meeting held on August 14, 2024, has approved to make investment of Rs. 25,500/- (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Five Hundred Only) as its contribution to acquire 51% share in the capital of Sizemasters Calibaration Services LLP, on such terms and condition as mutually agreed and as would be mentioned in the LLP agreement to be entered into.
The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPOD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given in Annexure - A to this Intimation.
