Sivota, the London listed investment vehicle focused on later-stage, Israeli technology companies, announces that the Company's General Meeting to approve directors' remuneration policy and disapply pre-emption rights, will be held at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD at 11.30 a.m. on 7 September 2023.
