Posting of Shareholder Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to Sivota's announcement on 25 January 2022, Sivota announces that it will today be posting to shareholders a circular (including notice of a General Meeting) ("the Circular"), along with accompanying form of proxy, in relation to certain resolutions required in respect of its proposed placing, further details of which are set out in the Company's announcement of 25 January 2022.

The General Meeting will be held at the offices of Charles Russell Speechlys LLP, 5 Fleet Place, London EC4M 7RD at 10.00 a.m. on 21 February 2022.
