Appointment of Auditor

Sivota ( LSE:SIV ), the London listed investment vehicle focused on later-stage technology companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Haysmacintyre LLP as its auditor with immediate effect. They succeed Crowe U.K. LLP who were the previous auditors.

The Board has approved the appointment of Haysmacintyre LLP for the financial year ended 31 December 2023.  The re-appointment of Haysmacintyre LLP as auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 will be subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held in June 2024.

The previous auditor, Crowe U.K. LLP, has deposited with the Company a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of the Company's members or creditors.
